When you keep secret your own Conflict

it's when you hold back & keep secrets that conflict happens, if you are totally open who can complain to you? who can be upset by you? who can not respect you? you are what you are and when you clear and open about that, it's accepted.

As long you keep something hidden other will suspect something and defend themselves. as long you try to be powerful, other will feel threatened and withdraw. Total honesty with the other will become habit honesty with yourself, and it's when you really really begin to live.
